We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

A return is eligible only if:

  • Product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, invoice copy & accessories are intact.
  • Product shows no scratches, damages or signs of wear.

🚨 Damaged / Wrong / Missing Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • Missing accessories

You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory:

  • Share an unboxing video
  • Clear images of the product & outer packaging

This helps us verify the issue with the seller.

Step 2 – Pack Securely

  • Repack the item in its original box with all accessories & documents.
  • Use safe outer packaging.

Step 3 – Ship

  • Our team will share the return address.
  • Courier the parcel within 48 hours of approval.

After receiving your returned product, a Quality Check (QC) will be conducted.

If approved:

  • Any price difference must be paid before dispatch of replacement.

🚫 Order Cancellation by KaratKart

Orders may be cancelled if:

  • Item goes out of stock
  • Delivery address is non-serviceable
  • Shipment is delayed beyond the promised timeline

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
